Question: So, you are saying that evolution is the way by which you created life on earth but the belief that evolution took place on its own is wrong?

Question: God, you said there are no bugs/insects in Heaven. Why then did you create insects here on earth? Also, not all plants or animals are beautiful?

God’s answer:

Meaning: God deliberately created an imperfect world so we would desire Heaven (a perfect paradise) and be with God.

Thistles and thorns is from Genesis 3: 18: (17) And to Adam he said: Because thou hast hearkened to the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldst not eat, cursed is the earth in thy work; with labour and toil shalt thou eat thereof all the days of thy life. [18]

Thorns and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herbs of the earth.

God also references the parable of the prodigal son who longed to go back to his father’s kingdom after succumbing to hardships.

Question: The view of theist evolution is exactly what you said, that evolution is your plan and the world evolved according to your plan. If evolution is true, then why is theist evolution an insult to our faith, as per your reference to how the world was created?

God’s answer:

Meaning: The story of creation in the bible does not refer to the creation/evolution of planet earth. Theist evolution tries to fit the biblical account of creation to the theory of evolution (how events took place – what was created on the 1^st day, 2^nd day, etc.) when the world God created was not just earth but the world in general.

Here again, science is seen as the truth and God’s story that He created the word, not by evolution, but by His word is untrue.

Question: But God, in all fairness, the biblical story does say, you created earth in seven days. “In the beginning God created heaven, and earth.”

God’s answer:

God pointed out this part in genesis: “And God called the dry land, Earth; and the gathering together of the waters, he called Seas. And God saw that it was good.” (Genesis 1:10)
